Cardinal Metal Finishing can provide solution and aging heat treating to castings, and machining components. We offer the highest quality with a very quick turn-around time to meet customer demands.
Aging Heat Treating process is a low temperature annealing process. We provide stress relief artificial aging up to 600°F. Our high volume recirculation blowers evenly distribute the heat throughout the work chamber.
We utilize highly-functional dual loop programmable oven controllers to control YOUR T-5 Heat Treat process. The process is able to be monitored with our paperless chart and data recorders. The recorders display and record real-time temperature data during the process and each recorder is capable of monitoring 16 sample points within each oven.
Solution Heat Treatment CMF has the capability of providing solution heat treating. Our solution furnace overview Roller Hearth is equipped with air quench. There are four (4) stages within the oven each with a programmable furnace controller. The solution furnace, like the aging ovens, is monitored through a data recorder. The conveyor is equipped with Stainless Steel Trays designed for high temperature up to 1300°F.
